Wedding Management - $3,000

• Month-of wedding coordination with an experienced Coordinator

• Consultation begins day contract is signed (serving as your resource and advocate)

• Personalized management account with Aisle Planner for collaboration and planning

• Management of ceremony rehearsal

• Coordination of vendor set-up/load-in (incl. days before wedding)

• Two planning meetings

• One final detailing meeting two weeks before the wedding to finalize all details/plans

• Contacting all vendors 7-10 days prior to event - serving as point of contact from that point forward.

• Help with reception timing, detailed weekend itinerary, floor plans and seating arrangements.

• Day of pick up of flowers, cake, dessert items, etc.​

• Clean up of personal items at the end of the reception.
