Katie was definitely one of the best investments we made for our wedding day! I was getting very stressed out during the last couple months and once I met with Katie she helped take on some of the tasks and give me direction! She handled so much leading up to and on the wedding day. She is fantastic and I got to enjoy the wedding stress free! Could not recommend Katie enough to any bride!

Katie is FABULOUS. I was not going to get a wedding coordinator because I am pretty organized, but I cannot imagine my wedding without a coordinator and without Katie for that matter. There were lots of moving parts throughout the day and Katie handled them all with grace. I felt like she was my friend that just happened to keep the day flowing perfectly. I’m genuinely happy she was there to celebrate with us. She is so professional and nice and you can tell she loves her job. She also coordinator my sister-in-laws wedding last year! Other than deciding to marry my husband, hiring Katie was the second best decision of my life.

Katie is an absolute dream to work with! She is organized, thorough and able to pull off miracles. I don't know what I would have done without Katie's help! I planned my wedding in a relatively short amount of time (just over 6 months). Katie was there from the start with recommendations on vendors and helpful tips and tricks. She was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. She always seemed to have a plan B for me whenever my plan A fell through. Her years of experience were such an asset! It was really important to me that my family, friends, and I be able to relax and enjoy the big day - and that's exactly what we did. Katie took care of everything: picking up my favors and stuffing them in bags, setting up decorations and my guest book, picking up my flowers, staying in contact with all my vendors, and much more. It was a stress free day because of her!

I cannot recommend Katie enough! When we first started planning our wedding she was going to help with the reception only but then we realized how much help we needed. Katie ran our ceremony, reception and cleaned up after the reception. She is amazing and so organized! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the wedding or the weeks leading up to the wedding. Katie truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the best day ever! Katie was very professional, organized and made you feel at ease. We had multiple meetings and Katie helped us plan the entire day. Katie helped put out extra decor that we bought ourselves for the wedding. We asked her to do a lot and she had the best attitude about it and acted like it was a breeze. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends. We did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, which is the best feeling!

Katie was a LIFESAVER for my wedding! My wedding was pretty classic. I got married in a Catholic Church and my reception was all included at a nearby ballroom. I didn't think a wedding planner was necessary, but I tell every bride a day-of-coordinator is. As the first to get married in the family, Katie was on top of all the little details I had never even considered in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day, I was able to sit back and enjoy while Katie worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went according to our plan. No vendors or people called me - they all called Katie, which allowed me to enjoy the day. Another thing many brides don't think about - this benefits everyone in my wedding party. My mom, bridesmaids, and family did not have any added responsibilities or little tasks. We all got to enjoy. Katie was punctual, detailed, and a pleasant person to be around during my wedding day. I would highly recommend Katie and her services!

Katie was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! Katie was amazing! I couldn’t imagine trying to coordinate everything and keep everyone/everything on track day of by myself or leaving it up to a family member. The day ran really smooth and I was able to enjoy the day stress free. I hired Katie as a day of coordinator but was in communication with her months prior to help plan and we had a few meetings before and she was always a txt or email away. She contacted vendors weeks prior to ensure everything was going to plan. She also helped run the rehearsal! 10/10 would recommend.

Words cannot describe the experience I had with Katie. Throughout the entire crazy process, Katie became my sounding board, helping hand, and most importantly a friend. I got about halfway through my wedding planning before thinking about getting a coordinator…I thought I could do it all myself. I spoke with A LOT of coordinators and they reaffirmed that I could do it myself. I had one person left on my list and it was Katie at Your Perfect Wedding Day. After our conversation, I realized that it wasn’t that I didn’t need a coordinator, it was that I needed a Katie and I signed the contract that night. I called, emailed, and texted at all times of day and night and she always got right back to me with the best advice. Our second face to face meeting she actually made the trek to my house so I could show her some of my décor and we could figure out where it would all go. Having Katie on my side was like
a thousand pounds lifted off of my shoulders. She ran my rehearsal perfectly, gathered all of the guys together easily, and made us feel so comfortable. When I woke up at 3am the early morning of my wedding day, texting her with additional thoughts, she already had it covered. Katie handled all of my vendors and had conversations I didn’t want to, put up décor, packed things up, made sure we were where we were supposed to be at all times, and was definitely my person to turn to if I needed anything on one of the most important days of my life. I’ve already recommended Katie to everyone I know getting married, but for those I don’t know, you can’t go wrong with her and making this new friend out of someone you thought was just a wedding coordinator. We hired Katie as a day-of coordinator and from the first meeting with her we knew we made the right choice. Obviously being new at this we had a quite a few questions and uncertainties, and Katie had so many recommendations that helped us make the day special. She was so eager to help at every point along the way from the planning to the rehearsal and through the ceremony - she even helped my mom bustle my dress! If you're looking for a super down to earth, easy going but also on top of her game coordinator - definitely give Katie a call! I'm glad we did!

Katie was so awesome to work with!!! We hired her a few months out from our wedding due to coordinator staffing changes at our venue. She immediately got to work contacting our vendors and putting together schedules! She was very responsive and so organized. She helped set up our venue with vendors, ran our rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour & reception and helped keep our whole day on schedule! She is also very creative and has an eye for decor. She enhanced our decorations by rearranging some things, adding extra decor where it was needed around the venue, and working with the florist to make our tables look perfect! She made our wedding day so easy! We knew we didn't have to worry about anything because Katie was on it!!! We highly recommend her for any event!

Katie was amazing to work with for my wedding! She went above and beyond her duties and made the wedding day feel seamless and magical. We had everything planned but we did not want to run the show on our wedding day, so we needed a wedding coordinator to execute our plans. Katie was very generous with her time leading up to the wedding, and we appreciated her attention to details. She let us borrow some hurricane candle holders, which saved us hundreds of dollars. She also guided us through the ceremony details when we didn't know where to start. I've been part of some weddings where the wedding coordinators were not friendly or helpful but that was never the case with Katie. You will not regret hiring Katie as your wedding coordinator!

Katie was our coordinator for our wedding September 15th. She was absolutely amazing! Especially since I was dealing with a not so organized wedding venue. She answered all questions that I had leading up to my special day. I did not have to deal with the other vendors two weeks before the wedding and that was amazing. I could relax a little while she contacted everyone to make sure it was all going to come together the day of. She was there for my rehearsal to get us all ready for the ceremony and then back again on Saturday to set up for our reception. The wedding went smoothly because of her and moved perfectly right in to the reception. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with those extra details you don't think of! She truly was a life saver for our big day. We appreciate her more than she probably knows!

Katie is the best! We booked her for day-of services and boy are we glad we did. We had several meetings with her prior to our day and each time Katie helped us by giving us ideas for decorations, scheduling, and any other details. She helped coordinate our rehearsal and when we decided to move our ceremony to a different location at the same venue the night before the wedding, she adapted perfectly and was able to set up and manage the vendors properly (she even cleaned chairs when they arrived dirty and scraped gum off the floor!). At the reception, she set up all of our decorations and was able to make it look exactly as we had expected. Everything turned out great and we could not have asked for a more perfect day!

Katie is fantastic and made our wedding day such a low stress day full of happy surprises! We met with her once (she was helping us plan a wedding long distance and made time to meet us while we were in town) and she was incredibly responsive to email questions at all times. I'm a bit of a design control freak so I set up mock ups of our table layouts and she did not bat an eye or call me crazy and she followed the pictures I took perfectly. Where my designs weren't possible, I had complete faith in her to do what she needed. I tended to plan certain things fully and totally forget about many details, but Katie kept us on track so nothing was left out. She even had her equally wonderful husband help us with setup when we told her we needed to assemble a big ol chuppah on site for our ceremony. All these details were immensely appreciated, but the most important thing to me was that
she calmed my parents so much and made sure they enjoyed the day just as much as we did! Icing on the cake...my husband and I missed the chance to eat any of our carefully selected pies during the reception, but this lady had hidden a pie just for us to make sure we got to enjoy one the next day! I cannot say enough great things about Katie and all she did to make a hectic process as fun and easy as possible. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

Katie deserved my firstborn child after what she pulled off at my wedding! A tornado took out the reception venue the evening before my wedding. We had 300 people headed there the next day! Needless to say it was a stressful morning when we received this news! I thought I had to worry about everything but Katie took care of it all! She spoke to the event coordinators at the venue and helped find a new location, get everything moved from previous location. I mean EVERYTHING! She made sure the candy bar, all the signage, place cards, table numbers, baskets of flipflops etc., made it over. She rerouted the chair delivery to new venue, printed directions to new reception location for each program at the church, all while getting the word out of the change to guests! She contacted all of our vendors, florist, cake, driver, hotel shuttle, etc.! She was AMAZING! You would think this would be a brides nightmare and ruin her big day but NO, Katie made this seamless! I had no idea so much was going on! She made my day perfect when it started out so terrifying! She literally saved my wedding day! I could not have asked for a better day of planner! I highly, highly recommend her services!

Your Perfect Wedding Day really lives up to its name! I worked with Katie Mulchek and had the most amazing experience a bride could ever hope for. I was an out-of-town bride, so the stresses of planning everything long distance completely overwhelmed me. Katie immediately calmed my nerves and was my saving grace throughout the entire planning and day-of process. Building up to the wedding - Katie gave me recommendations for every single vendor that I needed - all of her recommendations were right on par with what I wanted and everyone she suggested to me did an amazing job. Katie also helped me think of all of the little things that I would have never thought of and freaked out about the day of the wedding - from making sure my bridesmaids had lunch at our salon the day of the wedding (which she voluntarily personally ordered and delivered!) to making sure there was a card holder for cash and check gifts the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding - Ceremony: Katie had walked us through our entire ceremony the night before the wedding at the rehearsal (and thank goodness she did because it would have been a disaster without her!). On the day of the wedding, her
smile and ease immediately calmed any remaining nerves I had. She made sure that everything was perfectly in place, set up the candy bar, and made sure that the ceremony went off flawlessly. Because of her - I had nothing to worry about - I knew I was in good hands! Candy bar: I don't even know where to begin! We really wanted a candy bar at our wedding, but I was overwhelmed at the prospect of figuring it all out. Katie took care of all of the bags (which were personalized!), the jars, the candy, the labels for the candy, the lights to surround the candy bar (which she thought of!), and the setup - needless to say, it looked incredible and I got a million compliments on it! Our Very First Wedding!
I was STRESSED OUT with coordinating the final details for my wedding and unsure how to get everything done the day of and still enjoy every minute of the wedding day. Katie stepped in the week of to make calls, confirm final details, and ensure every "T" was crossed and "I" dotted. The day of my wedding among other tasks, she acted as the liaison between myself and the vendors and oversaw the time schedule. She was poised and professional, always with a smile on her face. I reflect back on my wedding day and know that I would not have been able to simply enjoying being the bride had it not been for her. Top-notch! I'd wholeheartedly recommend her!
